From North: Take 71 South à exit 19 (Fields Ertel) à make a left at the ramp à straight on Mason Road à right at Chapel Square Drive à left into the second driveway à look for the Individual Care Center sign.
From South: Take 71 North à exit 19 (Fields Ertel) à make a right at the ramp à straight on Mason Road à right at Chapel Square Drive à left into the second driveway à look for the Individual Care Center sign.
From East: Take 275 West à take 71 North à exit 19 (Fields Ertel) à make a right at the ramp à straight on Mason Road à right at Chapel Square Drive à left into the second driveway à look for the Individual Care Center sign.
